Product Overview & Applications:
This three-phase solid-state relay is specifically designed for three-phase heating equipment and is compatible with heating elements constructed from a variety of materials, including metal, ceramics, and PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene).
This solid-state relay integrates seamlessly with PID temperature controllers and heating units to facilitate the precise temperature regulation required within thermal control systems.
This three-phase solid-state relay supports two control modes: Zero-Crossing Triggering and Random Turn-on. For heating applications, the Zero-Crossing mode is generally preferred as it facilitates noise-free operation; conversely, the Random Turn-on mode offers the advantages of faster response speeds and higher control precision.
Given the relay’s high rated current, we also offer a comprehensive range of complementary accessories—including heat sinks, cooling fans, over-temperature protectors, and terminal blocks—to effectively extend the relay’s service life. It is crucial to note that for such high-power solid-state relays, the implementation of forced-air cooling measures is absolutely essential.
Solid-state relays have gained widespread adoption and application across various fields, including hazardous and explosion-proof environments, lighting control systems, electromechanical automation control, and medical equipment.

Choose A Correct Control Model
AA: AC Control AC Input:AC70-280V Load:AC24-480V
Choose A Correct Type for Current
For Resistive load: Current of SSR =3 x working current of load
Resistive load such as resistance furnace, incandescent lamp, oven, heating rod, electric water heater.
For Inductive load: Current of SSR =6 x working current of load
Inductive load such as motor, fan, transformer, pump, air conditioner and other loads with inductives.
For Capacitive load: Current of SSR =10 x working current of load
Capacitive load such as compensating capactitors, batteries and other loads with capacitors.
Choose A Suitable Heat Sink
1.When SSR is working, it will give out a lot of heat, so in order to extend the life of your SSR, please install a heat sink.
2.Don’t forget to apply heat-conductive silicon grease between SSR and heat sink.
Note: The radiator needs to be purchased separately!
Attentions
1. If load can bring high surge current(such as bulb, etc),make sure that ssr can bear the surge current.
2. If surge current exceed range, must connect a fast fuse to output terminal.
3. If instantaneous voltage exceed range, must connect a varistor to output terminal in parallel, recommend 750V varistor.
