This heatsink is suitable for three-phase 100-120A solid-state relays (SSR) / contactless relays
The heat sink accelerates the heat dissipation speed by increasing the heat transfer surface area and promoting air convection, to prevent overheating and maintain stability.
Most of our SSR heat sinks are made from aluminum, in real applications, Aluminum transfers heat efficiently to pull heat away from the SSR pretty quickly. At the same time, the lighter weight of aluminum makes it easier to install, especially when you’re working inside a control panel. Another reason is cost, compared to materials like copper, aluminum gives you solid performance without driving up the price too much.
