Product Overview & Applications:
The LCTC Solid-State Relay is a versatile and reliable electrical component. It performs its functions effectively in both AC control DC and DC control AC conversion processes. Thanks to its robust design and sealed protective features, this solid-state relay ensures exceptional longevity and reliability—even in plasma environments. By leveraging solid-state technology principles, it serves as a superior alternative to traditional electromechanical relays, thereby providing customers with a more efficient and dependable solution for electrical control. The SSR relay also allows for customization, with zero-cross turn-on being the default and random turn-on available upon request.

Choose the right radiator
Choosing the right heatsink canmake your product last longer
Step 1: Choose a control method

Step 2: Calculate the current
Equipment current + factor = selection current
Selection current X coefficient= equipment current
(Coefficient: resistive load is 3-3.5 times, inductive load is 5-7 times)
Resistive loads:electric heating, incandescent lamps,….etc.Inductive loads are:motors, transformers, capacitors, solenoid valves, air conditioners, lighting with inductance
Step 3: Choose the right radiator
The solid state relay generates a lot of heat. When the loadcurrent is higher than 10A, a heat sink must be used.Thermal grease must be applied between the solid staterelay base plate and the heat sink.(Above 40A plus fan cooling)
