Product Overview & Applications:
Solid State Relay (SSR) products utilize SCR or MOSFET to provide precise and rapid control over loads. The control circuitry is optically coupled and isolated from the load, offering high dielectric strength to effectively protect upstream control components.
The LCQ series of solid state relays and solid state voltage regulators features a comprehensive product range, encompassing pulse control, analog signal control, and potentiometer control options. Load compatibility covers both AC and DC applications—with customizable DC voltage levels available—and offers a choice between zero-crossing and random turn-on switching modes for AC loads.
Solid state relays and solid state voltage regulators are primarily used in electric heating systems, encompassing pulse control, analog signal control, and potentiometer control options. Thanks to their semiconductor-based switching, solid state relays can replace the traditional mechanical contactors and relays within PID-controlled heating systems. When paired with analog PID control, solid state voltage regulators enable continuously adjustable output voltage and current; this ensures highly precise temperature regulation, eliminates the power fluctuations associated with “full-on/full-off” switching, extends the service life of the load, and enhances energy efficiency.
Solid state relays and solid state voltage regulators have gained widespread adoption and application across various fields, including hazardous and explosion-proof environments, lighting control systems, automated electromechanical control systems, and medical equipment.
