Product Overview & Applications:
Solid State Relay (SSR) products utilize SCR or MOSFET to provide precise and rapid control over loads. The control circuitry is optically coupled and isolated from the load, offering high dielectric strength to effectively protect upstream control components.
Electric Heating Systems: Solid State Relays (SSR) are utilized in industrial furnaces, ovens, hot air systems, and similar applications, typically in conjunction with PID temperature controllers or PLCs. Their contactless design and high-speed switching capabilities enable more precise temperature control.
Medical Equipment: SSR are incorporated into medical devices—such as MRI machines, X-ray systems, and laboratory apparatus—to control various components, including pumps, valves, and heating elements.
Photovoltaic Systems: Solid State Relays (SSR)—characterized by low control power consumption—are widely utilized in auxiliary control systems for new energy applications.
Solid State Relays (SSR) have a wide range of application fields, including:
Industrial Automation: SSR are widely utilized in industrial automation environments to control motors, solenoid valves, and other loads. They offer precise control capabilities and can be seamlessly integrated with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems.

Choose A Correct Type for Current
1.For Resistive Loads: SSR Rated Current = 3 × Load Operating Current
Resistive loads include resistance furnaces, incandescent lamps, ovens, heating elements, electric water heaters, etc.
2.For Inductive Loads: SSR Rated Current = 6 × Load Operating Current
Inductive loads include motors, fans, transformers, water pumps, air conditioners, and other loads exhibiting inductive characteristics.
3.For Capacitive Loads: SSR Rated Current = 10 × Load Operating Current
Capacitive loads include compensation capacitors, batteries, and other loads exhibiting capacitive characteristics.
Choose A Suitable Heat Sink
1.When SSR is working, it will give out a lot of heat, so in order to extend the life of your SSR, please install a heat sink.
2.If the current is over 60A, a cooling fan is also required.
3.Don’t forget to apply heat-conductive silicon grease between SSR and heat sink.
Note: The radiator needs to be purchased separately!
Precautions
1. Use a fast-acting fuse to protect the solid-state relay against load short circuits.
2. During operation, the temperature of the heat sink must remain below 75°C.
3. For inductive loads, it is recommended to use a varistor.
4.If you wish to perform a test, you need to connect a load to the solid-state relay.
