Choose A Correct Type for Current
1.For Resistive Loads: SSR Rated Current = 3 × Load Operating Current
Resistive loads include resistance furnaces, incandescent lamps, ovens, heating elements, electric water heaters, etc.
2.For Inductive Loads: SSR Rated Current = 6 × Load Operating Current
Inductive loads include motors, fans, transformers, water pumps, air conditioners, and other loads exhibiting inductive characteristics.
3.For Capacitive Loads: SSR Rated Current = 10 × Load Operating Current
Capacitive loads include compensation capacitors, batteries, and other loads exhibiting capacitive characteristics.
Precautions
1.SSR cannot be tested without load,and must be added load of more than 50W to test.
2. Use fast fuse(70% Amp of rated SSR) to protect SSR from load short circuit.
3. Zero-cross Or Random turn-on.The default is zero cross SSR.Random turn-on needs to be customized turn-on needs to be customized.
4.If you wish to perform a test, you need to connect a load to the solid-state relay.
