Product Overview & Applications:
Double zero crossing design: The relay adopts double zero crossing technology, which can switch when the current crosses the zero point, significantly reducing the arc and electromagnetic interference generated during switching. This design not only improves the service life of the equipment, but also ensures smoother current switching, which is suitable for application scenarios with high requirements on power quality.
Built-in RC circuit: The built-in RC circuit of the relay can effectively suppress the surge and noise generated during switching, protecting the back-end equipment from damage. This design enhances the stability of the system, reduces maintenance costs, and extends the service life of the equipment.
ielectric Strength 2500V: This solid state relay has a dielectric strength of up to 2500V, ensuring safe operation in high voltage environments. The strong insulation performance makes it suitable for various industrial applications and reduces the risk of electrical failure.
Solid-state relays have gained widespread adoption and application across various fields, including hazardous and explosion-proof environments, lighting control systems, electromechanical automation control, and medical equipment.

Choose A Correct Type for Current
1.For Resistive Loads: SSR Rated Current = 3 × Load Operating Current
Resistive loads include resistance furnaces, incandescent lamps, ovens, heating elements, electric water heaters, etc.
2.For Inductive Loads: SSR Rated Current = 6 × Load Operating Current
Inductive loads include motors, fans, transformers, water pumps, air conditioners, and other loads exhibiting inductive characteristics.
3.For Capacitive Loads: SSR Rated Current = 10 × Load Operating Current
Capacitive loads include compensation capacitors, batteries, and other loads exhibiting capacitive characteristics.
Choose A Suitable Heat Sink
1.When SSR is working, it will give out a lot of heat, so in order to extend the life of your SSR, please install a heat sink.
2.Don’t forget to apply heat-conductive silicon grease between SSR and heat sink.
Precautions
1. When the current load exceeds 10A, a heat sink must be installed; when it exceeds 40A, a cooling fan or water-cooling system should be added.
2. When using an inductive load, please install a varistor at the output terminal; its rated voltage should be 1.6 to 1.9 times the load voltage.
3.If you wish to perform a test, you need to connect a load to the solid-state relay.
