Product Overview & Applications:
DTY series intelligent single-phase ac power voltage regulator module is designed by single-chip microcomputer,It employs advanced phase-shift technology to modulate the output voltage, thereby enabling precise control over the output power. which is a high precision product independent developed by our factory, it solved the uneven products on the present market, such as signal input inaccuracy, unstable power adjusting, large error, etc.
Compared to our single-phase solid-state relays (switching type), utilizing this single-phase SCR power regulator allows for significantly more precise temperature control of heating elements.
It is widely used in lighting equipment, temperature control equipment,Ac motor soft start,AC train wave speed control and other power automatic adjustment occasions.

Choose the right radiator
Choosing the right heatsink canmake your product last longer
Step 1: Select Load Voltage
Step 2: Calculate the current
Load power – Load voltage=Load current
Load current x Coefficient=Select SSR current
(Factor: 3 times for resistive load)
Note: cannot be used for inductive loads
For : heating tube power 2200W, voltage 220V2200W-220V=10A
10Ax3=30A
Step 3: Choose the right radiator
The solid state relay generates a lot of heat. When the loadcurrent is higher than 10A, a heat sink must be used.Thermal grease must be applied between the solid staterelay base plate and the heat sink.(Above 100A plus fan cooling)
Note: The radiator needs to be purchased separately!
ATTENTIONS
1.Can’t control AC motor speed!!!
2.This type of voltage regulating module is not suitable for inductive loads such as transformers and motors.
